Stencil
printers enable the operator to place the printed
circuit board (PCB) in a fixed position and apply
solder paste, adhesive, or flux to the PCB. Each
stencil pattern is designed to correspond to the
pad layout on the PCB. All
of our stencil printers have a ball joint tip that
allows the stencil to lay flat on the board.
Mini Micro Stencil, Inc. offers three
different models of printers, each works in a
slightly different manner. All
of our printer models accommodate the same
"flip-up" stencil design.
*Printer
purchases include one free, standard stencil.
The
simple and solid design of the MSP-100/300/400 systems
provide the user with a productive and versatile
Single Site Stencil printing system for
rework/repair, prototyping, or short run
production operations.
Single
Site Stenciling provides controlled and accurate
deposition of material e.g. epoxy, paste, mask.
